Steel Galvanized Ground Screw Pile With Flange

Flange Screw Pile is common pile in the ground,we base on the shape of the Ground Pile called F Series Ground Screw.F series Ground Screw with different shape flange : round flange,hexagon flange, square flange & with or without  Nut and reinforced washer , usually with 3 to 6 nut , and 2 pieces reinforced washer to reinforce strength . mainly for solar panels ground mounting system. 

Material of Galvanized Steel Ground Screw: S 235 carbon steel.

Length of the F Series Ground Screw: 550-5600 mm .

Diameter of pipe for Screw Pile Foundation: 48 mm, 68 mm, 76 mm, 89 mm, 114 mm, 219 mm ,or according to clients' request

Nut : M 10/12/14/16 According to clients' request.

Screw Piles welding using auto welding machine,to ensure that the welding part smooth and beautiful appearance.

Surface treatment: Hot dip galvanized, according to DIN EN ISO 1461-1999 , thickness of coating zinc: more than 80 micron .
