Spiral Pile does not depend on water source,and the construction of Screw Pile is not affected in areas far away from water source.Compared with cement pile foundation which needs to wait for cement solidification,the construction of Ground Screw Foundation does not pre-burial and other preparatory work,the Ground Pile can be directly screwed into the ground,and the construction period can be 1/40 of the cement pile foundation.
The production of Ground Screw Pile is as follow:
1.According to customer's request,purchase raw materials according to the data of drawings.
2.According to customer requirements,use automatic pipe cutting machine to cut specific length of pipe.
3.Heat up the tube.
4.The tube body to meet the requirements of the deformation.
5.Assembly and welding of pipe body,spiral blade,flange,nut with automatic welding robot.
6.Hot dip galvanizing was carried out on the spiral pile after the impurity was removed bu acid cleaning.
7.Test and mark the finished products after hot dip galvanized.
